A word from the Kitchen...
Hello, my name is Robin Miller. I have been baking for most of my life. Growing up in a small town in the mountains of northwestern North Carolina, Saturday was the baking day, and the kitchen was just a natural place to be.
My mother (Peggy Taylor) always told me that I was the "messiest left-handed baker ever!!" From my grandmother Hudler's orange cream pound cake to my Aunt Irene's special "white almond cake," my baking addiction was born. So, in February 2012, my husband and I decided to make my dream of baking a reality, and that's how The Baker's Addict began.
I have always used baking as a way to share with others, and my mission is to share the fellowship of caring through my creations. So, please take time to look around and enjoy!!!
In the spring of 2022, we added a mobile "cupcake wagon" trailer which allows us to set up and sale fresh goodies such as cupcakes, cookies and more at special local events or pop up locations. Follow us on
Facebook to see when and where we will be set up!
